North West Bespoke Bedrooms is a sole trader business providing made-to-measure fitted wardrobe and bespoke bedroom furniture design, supply and installation services across the North West of England. For the purposes of data protection law, North West Bespoke Bedrooms is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

As part of preparing design concepts and inspiration for your project, we may use AI-assisted design and image-generation tools. This can include using a photo of your room that you've shared with us to help generate a personalised visual concept. Where this happens, your photo and any relevant details are shared with the provider of that AI tool solely to generate the visual — we don't use your photo for any other purpose without telling you.
AI-generated visuals, mood boards and design concepts are for inspiration and illustration only. They're not an exact or guaranteed representation of your finished wardrobes or bedroom furniture — the final design, materials and specification will always be confirmed in your written quotation.
When you complete the quick-enquiry form and choose to send it, your own device's messaging app (iMessage/SMS) opens with your details pre-filled, addressed to our business number. The message is only sent if you choose to press send from your own device — we don't receive anything until you do.
Separately, when you submit the form, a copy of the information you've entered (name, phone number, postcode, design interest, timeline and any details) is automatically sent in the background to a Google Sheet, which we use to keep a record of enquiries even if you don't go on to send the text message. This means Google processes this information on our behalf as part of providing that service.
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp instead, that conversation is also subject to the privacy policy of Meta (which owns WhatsApp), since Meta processes messages sent through it as part of delivering that service to you.
Where it's necessary to provide the service you've requested, we may share relevant information with trusted trade partners or other trusted service providers involved in surveying, quoting, manufacturing, supplying or installing your wardrobes and bedroom furniture. We only share what's needed for them to carry out that specific part of the work.
This website uses Google Fonts for its typefaces, which may load resources directly from Google's servers — this can involve your device's IP address being visible to Google as part of that request.
If you accept the cookie banner on this site, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed). This is optional — you can choose to reject analytics cookies, and Google Analytics will not run if you do.
